Student Enrollment
Vocal and Instrumental Classes
Vocal and Instrumental classes are part of our year-round enrollment program. Once enrolled, your student remains enrolled on an ongoing basis, and their spot is held until you choose to withdraw.
We no longer operate on a semester system, allowing for more flexibility while still supporting consistent progress.
Beginning instrumental classes open on a quarterly basis (and as needed) so new students can start at the right time. Building, intermediate, and advanced instrumental classes require instructor approval to ensure students are placed with others of similar experience. We work hard to place each student in a class that is the best fit for their level and goals.
Kindermusik Classes
Kindermusik classes are also offered through our year-round enrollment model. Students may join at any time as space allows, and enrollment continues on an ongoing basis.
Minimum Enrollment
Classes with insufficient enrollment may be cancelled or combined. If this occurs, we will work with you to find an alternate class that fits your schedule. If no suitable option is available, a refund will be issued for any unused portion of tuition.
Payment Terms

Class Conduct
Kindermusik classes are designed to be fun, open environments where students can explore, and often learn to be around other students. Some students take classes in quietly, others may be more active, each will be a little different in how they respond in class. We strive for environment that encourages each of these responses and we encourage parents to be patient if their child doesn't respond in a way they expect.
Vocal and Instrumental students should be on time for class and prepared to learn.
They should have all learning materials ready for class (books & pencil). Regular attendance is key to the musicians progress. Be respectful to teachers, parents, staff and students. Teachers reserve the right to dismiss any student that has unsatisfactory behavior.
